Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using the appliance repair services provided by Elite Appliance Repair("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our services in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, including Chandler, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and surrounding communities.

Services

Elite Appliance Repair provides professional repair and maintenance services for luxury and high-end appliances, including but not limited to:

• Sub-Zero refrigerators and freezers
• Wolf ranges, cooktops, and ovens
• Viking appliances
• Thermador cooking and cooling appliances
• Miele dishwashers and appliances
• Other premium appliance brands

Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, appliance type, and parts availability.

Service Appointments

Scheduling

Service appointments can be scheduled by phone at (480) 478-3770 or through our online booking system. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time, but appointments are subject to technician availability.

Access Requirements

You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the appliance(s) requiring service. This includes:

• Ensuring someone 18 years or older is present during the service visit
• Providing clear access to the appliance
• Securing pets during the service appointment
• Informing us of any safety hazards or access restrictions

Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.

Pricing and Payment

Service Fees

Our pricing includes:

• Diagnostic Fee: A fee for diagnosing the issue with your appliance. This fee is typically waived if you proceed with the repair.
• Labor: Charges for repair work performed by our technicians.
• Parts: Cost of replacement parts, which will be quoted before installation.

All quotes are estimates and final pricing may vary based on actual repair requirements. We will obtain your approval before proceeding with any repairs that exceed the quoted estimate.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and checks. A service fee may apply for returned checks.

Warranty

Labor Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on labor for repairs performed by our technicians. If the same issue recurs within this period, we will re-service the appliance at no additional labor cost.

Parts Warranty

Replacement parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by part and manufacturer. We will provide warranty information for any parts installed.

Warranty Limitations

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
• Pre-existing conditions not related to our repair
• Normal wear and tear
• Power surges, water damage, or other external factors
• Cosmetic damage

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Elite Appliance Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for food spoilage, property damage, or other losses resulting from appliance malfunction or repair delays.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the appliance and its issues
• Disclose the full service history of the appliance to the best of your knowledge
• Follow any care instructions provided by our technicians
• Notify us promptly if issues arise after service
• Keep the service area safe and accessible

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Elite Appliance Repair or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Appliance Repair, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability
